Terms of Service

Fixcue is a feedback-capture and agent-delivery tool: a widget collects problem reports on your sites, the dashboard triages them, and up to three MCP tools let your coding agents pull repro bundles and update status. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The Free plan includes 1 project, 50 reports per calendar month, and 7-day screenshot retention. Pro is $19 USD per month or $190 USD per year, includes up to 3 projects, fair-use ingest of 1000 reports per project per day, and 90-day screenshot retention.

Paid plans are billed by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled in the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings → Billing → Manage billing). Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period; the workspace then returns to Free. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any taxes that may apply.

• Only embed the widget on sites you own or are authorized to instrument.
• Do not use Fixcue to collect payment details, credentials, or health data.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or another workspace's data.
• Agent tokens are secrets — keep them out of client-side code.

You retain ownership of your workspace data. You can export or permanently delete it at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, exceed fair-use limits persistently, or violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automatic classification is best-effort and may be wrong; review before acting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixcue is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
