Privacy Policy

Account data. Your email address, sign-in method, and workspace name when you register. We do not sell personal data.

Feedback reports. When an end user submits a report through the Fixcue widget on a site you operate, we store the message, page URL and title, viewport size, user agent, the selected element's CSS selector and component names, click coordinates, console and network log excerpts, an optional screenshot, and an optional reporter email address.

Feedback data is used only to operate the service you signed up for: triaging reports, displaying them in your dashboard, and delivering repro bundles to the coding agents you connect over MCP. We never use report content, screenshots, console logs, or network logs to train external models. When automatic classification runs, the prompt sent to the classification model excludes reporter email addresses and screenshots.

Screenshots are retained up to 7 days on the Free plan and up to 90 days on Pro. Report text and event history are kept until you delete the item or the workspace. Billing records are kept as required by law.

• Cloudflare — hosting, object storage for screenshots and exports.
• Neon — Postgres database.
• Stripe — payment processing; card details never touch our servers.
• Resend — transactional email (magic links, reporter notifications).
• An OpenAI-compatible LLM endpoint — optional automatic classification.

From Settings → Privacy the workspace owner can export the full workspace as JSON (link valid 24 hours) or permanently delete the workspace — this removes all projects, reports, screenshots, and agent tokens, and cancels any active subscription. Report submitters can request removal of their reports or email address via the site operator.
